Harlan County is a place of celebration, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
We like to think weāre on top of all the fun stuff happening around here, but now and then, a cool event might sneak by us. Red, White, & Zoom 5K
Kick off your 4th of July with a 5K run through Downtown Harlan hosted by Harlan Tourism and the Harlan County Track & Field Boosters. Paint the Park 5K
Join us for some "fun on the run" at Kentucky's highest in elevation state park! Participants will make laps equivalent to a 5k through the park's shelter loop.
