Kick off your 4th of July with a 5K run through Downtown Harlan hosted by Harlan Tourism and the Harlan County Track & Field Boosters. Join us for some "fun on the run" at Kentucky's highest in elevation state park! Participants will make laps equivalent to a 5k through the park's shelter loop.
