Join Harlan Tourism for their 4th Fest in downtown Harlan on Monday, July 4th! The festivities will begin at 9AM with the annual Red, White, and Zoom 5k hosted by the Harlan County Cross Country team followed by activities from 4PM-10PM that night! This year's theme is "Made in America". Line up begins behind Lynch Church of God at 9 a.m. with the parade rolling at 10 a.m.! The parade ends at the W. Main Park with a ceremony, hotdogs, and refreshments!
Parade lineup begins at 7 p.m. behind Evarts High School. Fireworks will follow at dark.
