Trick or Treat on Main in Downtown Harlan

Boos and ghouls, get ready to have a gourd time at the Trick or Treat on Main event in downtown Harlan! 
On October 31st, from 3pm to 5pm, our downtown will morph into a spook-tacular trick-or-treat trail. Look out for businesses marked with a balloon—they have some fang-tastic treats waiting for you!
