Harlan 4thFest Parade
July 4, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Gather your family, church, office, club, team, business, or organization to celebrate the 4th of July with the parade down Main Street in Downtown Harlan. Applications are free and are available at the Harlan Center. Lineup begins at 3 p.m. with the parade starting at 4 p.m.
The best places to watch the parade are along Main St. from Mound St. to Clover St. and in the Plaza area at the Harlan Center.
