March Madness in the mountains is unmatched! Harlan Countians go wild for the wildcats and who can blame them? With 8 championship banners hanging from the rafters of Rupp, every March, we ask ourselves “Is this year number 9?” That excitement is doubled this year as the Harlan County Black Bears travel to Lexington to compete for the state championship. Support your team with gear from local shops!
My Sister’s Closet– In addition to the Kentucky sweatshirts and t-shirts available, you’ll also find a full line of denim to get you gameday ready! Visit them on Clover Street in Downtown Harlan.

They’re located on 119 in the Sukey Ridge area.
